SolRys Art – Return & Refund Policy

At SolRys Art, every artwork is created and packaged with great care. I want you to be delighted with your purchase, and this policy outlines your options if there is an issue with your order.

Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales of original artworks are final. Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference after purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any damage so I can assist you.

Canvas Prints & Made-to-Order Products

Canvas prints and other made-to-order items are produced specifically for each order. For this reason, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or product selection
  • Personal preference regarding colour or appearance

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, I will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

As many artworks are handmade or reproduced from original works, minor variations may occur and do not constitute a fault.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

I reserve the right to change prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Risk in the artwork passes to the customer upon delivery.
